Membership

Membership is $99 per year and renews annually until you cancel. It lets you be introduced to matches, express interest, and use the member features. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and does not affect the current term unless a refund applies below.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your first membership payment and we’ll refund that payment in full and cancel your membership. The guarantee applies to the initial membership charge, once.

Introduction unlocks

When interest between you and a match is mutual, you may unlock that introduction ($79 each) for coaching and to have your matchmaker arrange the meeting. Because an unlock delivers those services immediately, unlock fees are non-refundable once the introduction has been unlocked, except where required by law.

Conduct & authenticity

You agree to provide accurate information and to treat other members respectfully. We may verify your identity and remove accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or non-genuine. Introductions are made in good faith; we don’t guarantee any particular outcome, meeting, relationship, or marriage.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Private answers you give in interviews are shared only with your matchmaker and are never shown to your family, informants, or matches. Your contact details are shared with a match only when you both agree to meet.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By subscribing you authorize the recurring annual charge and any introduction unlocks you choose to purchase. Prices may change with notice for future terms.
